• Starbucks: 2,200 square-foot, free-standing building with drive-through at the NWC of Cave Creek & Bell, Phoenix, AZ. Opened in 2017.
  

• Goodwill Industries of Central Arizona: 25,000 square-foot, free-standing building at the SEC of Ellsworth & Rittenhouse, Queen Creek, AZ. Opened in 2017.​
  

• Starbucks/Five Guys:  4,000 square-foot, free-standing building at the SWC corner of Tatum and Bell, Phoenix, AZ.  Walmart/Big Lots anchored shopping center. AK acted as consultant. Opened in 2013.
