​​Andy has over 30 years of experience in the commercial real-estate industry and is recognized as an expert in designing strategies for market roll-outs and expansions, primarily focused on tenant representation. Andy has designed and executed the strategies and expansions for such national retailers as Toys R Us/Babies R Us, Wells Fargo, Bassett Furniture, Walgreens, & Goodwill Industries.

In addition, Andy has specialized on market expansions for national and local upscale restaurants including Mastro Restaurant Group, Fox Restaurant Concepts, Corner Bakery Cafe, and Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, and for fast-casual restaurants such as Ahipoki Bowl, Ono Hawaiian BBQ, Taco Bell, Krispy Kreme, and El Pollo Loco. Andy has developed properties for national restaurants including Starbucks, Dunkin’ Donuts, Five Guys and Subway.

Prior to creating his own brokerage firm, Andy was a principal at Velocity Retail Group, and before then, De Rito Partners in Phoenix, focusing on brokerage and development, including the development of over 3 million square feet of retail space for national developers such as Kimco, Triyar, WM Grace, and Glimcher Properties.

Andy and his wife, Julie reside in Paradise Valley, Arizona with their three children and two dogs. Andy enjoys hiking, tennis and traveling.
